To care for the growth of students in mountainous regions and broaden their learning opportunities, BAOYI Group recently subscribed to 15 copies of Good Learner Youth magazine and donated them to underprivileged students at Yunling Campus of Hesheng Town Central Primary School in Yongjia County, taking concrete action to support rural education development.

Good Learner Youth, jointly launched by the Wenzhou Municipal Education Bureau and Wenzhou News Media Center, is a print reading platform dedicated to children and adolescents. The magazine features sections such as “Fun Science,” “Beyond the Textbook,” “Word Exploration,” and “Hot Topics,” designed to spark reading interest through diverse content and foster the comprehensive development of young readers.

Upon learning about the donation, Pan Jinyu, head of Yunling Campus of Hesheng Town Central Primary School, said, “BAOYI Group’s donation of 15 copies of Good Learner Youth gives our students an additional channel for learning. We are very grateful.”

The Yunling Campus was formed in the second half of this year through the merger of the original Yunling Primary School and Yunling Middle School. Currently, the primary and middle school sections have 82 and 46 students, respectively. Compared with over twenty years ago, the student population has significantly decreased. Most of the students are left-behind children or come from economically disadvantaged families. Extracurricular learning resources are relatively limited, mainly relying on the school library.

“Some children are very eager to learn and often go to the library to borrow books. This donation of Good Learner Youth allows students in mountainous areas to learn about the experiences of outstanding peers and the latest educational information, further enriching their learning channels,” Pan Jinyu added.

Through this donation, the company hopes to provide quality reading materials that open up broader knowledge horizons for children in mountainous areas.
